TA HRH II When you request a Hadassah Perpetual Yahrzeit: Our departed loved ones live on in both our thoughts and our actions. While memory is sanctified with rituals like Kaddish, Yiskor and Yahrzeit, those memories are energized by acts of charity and loving-kindness. There is no greater honor to our loved ones' memo- ry than giving to the living in the name of those who gave so freely to us. All who are inscribed for life in Jerusalem shall be called holy. Isaiah iv 3 Your loved one's name is displayed and the Kaddish prayer is recited in our synagogue on the Yahrzeit. • A Hadassah Yahrzeit Certificate is issued to you, while your loved one's name is inscribed in our Yahrzeit Memorial Book. • Notice of the Yahrzeit date is mailed to you annually from Israel. Hadassah.offers you the opportunity to perpetually memorialize your loved one in Jerusalem, where the' windows of heaven meet those of earth, under the beautiful and world renowned Chagall windows of our Medical Center's Abbell Synagogue. An advance Perpetual Yahrzeit can also be reserved for yourself or a loved one.
