Kitchen Table III is a morning
class for moms and their babies,
birth through 15 months. This
series will include developmen-
tal stages, infant CPR, dealing
with health issues, making de-
cisions as a parent, incorporat-
ing Jewish celebrations, and
songs to share with baby. Ruth
Beresh leads the class Wednes-
day, May 24, at 10 a.m. at the
Applebaum Parenting Center.
Healthy Moms, Happy Babies
is an exercise class for moms
with babies up to one year old.
Aerobics and walking (weather
permitting) May 23 from 10-11
a.m. Baby-sitting is available by
reservation.

Woman Tells
Courage Story

A personal story of one woman's
courage to hide 12 Jews from the
Nazis during World War II will
be told by Irene Opdyke at a free,
7:30 p.m., May 24, program in
the DeRoy Auditorium of the
( Maple-Drake Jewish Commu-
nity Center.
The event is sponsored by the
Political Awareness Committee
of the Jewish Federation' Young
Adult Division.
Individuals will have the op-
portunity to tour the Holocaust
Memorial Center, located with-
in the Jewish Community Cen-
ter, prior to and after Ms.
Opdyke's presentation.

Center. Fabs Kaldobsky will pre-
sent a discussion of world famous
composers and their music. This
event is free of charge.
The Charles and Frances
Driker Fund Concert will take
71 place on Thursday, May 25, at 1
p.m. at Jimmy Prentis Morris.
Cantor Resnick, accompanied by
Lillian Zellman will entertain for
this event. There is no charge.
Mondays through Fridays at
noon, a kosher hot lunch pro-
gram will take place. This daily
