The gym at the Maple/Drake
Jewish Community Center will
be open for basketball this sum-
mer. The schedule for June
through August:
Sunday: 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Monday through Thursday:
5:30-8:30 a.m. and 3:30-9:30
p.m.
Friday: 5:30-8:30 a.m. and
3:30-4:30 p.m.
Saturday: 1-7 p.m.
Guest passes will be available
at the Sports/Fitness control
desk. Because the gym schedule
is subject to change, basketball
players should call the JCC,
(810) 661-7683, to confirm avail-
ability.

Marvin Sonne (B-plus), Tony
Molle (B), Lorne Zalesin (C) and
Lisa Woerdeman (C-minus) won
division and playoff champi-
onships in the Maple/Drake
Jewish Community Center win-
ter racquetball league.
The other division champs
were Bob Singelyn (A-minus)
and Bob Gorman (C-plus). Jeff
Wiener (A-minus) was the oth-
er playoff champion.
Five-time world racquetball
champion Mike Yellen conduct-
ed a clinic for the league players
on the final day of the season.

days prior to issue date. The deadline for
birth announcements is 10 a.m. Monday,
