"It seems like it's more difficult
to get a good job in your late 50s
and 60s than in your 70s because
you're overqualified for entry-lev-
el jobs, and employers are hesi-
tant to hire you for management
positions because they don't know
how much longer you'll be work-
ing before you retire," he said.
"It appears there is less and
less discrimination against older
people, though, because employ-
ers are recognizing the benefits
offered by mature people." 111
