Russian Singer Stages Concert The Birmingham Theatre will host the talents of Tamara Gverdtsiteli in concert Saturday April 22, at 8 p.m. Ms. Gverdtsiteli, a Russian singer, will perform in English, French, Russian and Hebrew. Her repertoire includes some of Edith Piaf's memorable songs. She also sings standards of Gershwin, Sondheim and Bern- stein as well as traditional eth- nic folk songs.
