STEVEN STEIN has been ap-
pointed by Gov. John Engler as
a Michigan delegate to the 1995
White House Conference on Ag-
ing. The once-every-decade con-
ference is scheduled for May 1-5
in Washington, D.C.
Dr. Stein is chief of geriatric
medicine at Oakwood Hospital
and Medical Center in Dearborn
and medical director for the Oak-
wood Skilled Nursing Centers in
Dearborn and Trenton, Oakwood
Home Care Services and Oak-
wood Adult Day Care Services.
He also coordinates student in-
ternships in the Oakwood
Healthcare System for the mas-
ters program at the University
of Michigan School of Public
Health.

tan. He has been employed by

FRANK MAMAT has been ap-
pointed a certified registered ar-
bitrator for labor and
construction matters by the
American Registry of Arbitrators.
The registry, based in Wash-
ington, D.C., is a national orga-
nization dedicated to providing
alternative dispute resolution
procedures for individuals and
businesses who want to avoid
court litigation.
Mr. Mamat is a member of the
Labor and Employment Depart-
ment of the law firm of Clark,
Klein & Beaumont in Detroit.

JASON FINN, a 1993 Birming-
ham Seaholm High School grad-
uate and sophomore at the
University of Michigan, has been
accepted into the U-M Business
School.
