Szold Exhibit
Art Fair
At Crosswinds
Crosswinds Mall, located at Lone
Pine and Orchard Lake roads in
West Bloomfield, will host its
fourth annual art fair April 21-
23 produced by "N2 Productions."
Inside Art, which benefits De-
troit's nonprofit Variety Club, in-
cludes work from 47 artists
around the country. Artists will
exhibit ceramics, pottery, glass,
wood, basketry, printmaking,
photography, and more.
Inside Art dates and times are:
Friday, April 21, from 4-8 p.m;
Saturday, April 22, from 10 a.m.-
8 p.m.; and Sunday, April 23,
from 12-5 p.m. Admission is free.

"Daughter of Zion: Henrietta
Szold and American Jewish
Womanhood," a major new ex-
hibition, will open at the Jewish
Historical Society of Maryland
(JHSM), 15 Lloyd Street, Balti-
more, on Sunday, April 9.
"Daughter of Zion," which is
funded in part by the Maryland
Humanities Council, will reveal
and reinterpret the life and work
of Henrietta Szold through arti-
facts, audio-visual materials, la-
bel text, documents and rare
archival photographs. In all,
more than 100 objects and 200
visual images will be presented.
The exhibit will remain at the
Jewish Historical Society
through December 10. In con-
junction with the exhibition, the
Society will also sponsor an ex-
tensive series of interpretive pro-
grams, including a film series, a
symposium, a panel discussion,
and a teaching module for class-
room use. A catalogue of the ex-
hibition will be available for
purchase.
