Substance Abuse Task Force Set In response to evidence that the use of alcohol and drugs is again rising — especially among chil- dren and the elderly — Jewish Family Services of the Jewish Federation of Washtenaw Coun- ty has established a Task Force on Substance Abuse to address these problems in the Jewish Community.
