Aliyah Expo Series The meaning and significance of making aliyah to Israel will be discussed at 7:30 p.m., March 13, in the Max M. Fisher Building. "Oleh Rights...the Full Story" is part of the three-part "Aliyah Expo" series of workshops spon- sored by the Jewish Federation's Michigan/Israel Connection. Eli Birnbaum, division direc- tor of the World Zionist Organi- zation of the students and academics department, will lead the discussion. On March 21, the "Aliyah Expo" continues with a workshop on moving to Israel, and con- cludes on March 27 with a dis- cussion on the personal and professional opportunities indi- viduals have once in Israel. PNAI Hosts Yosef Goell PNAI (Parents of North Ameri- can Israelis) will present Yosef Goell, who will speak on "The Peace Process — The Palestin- ian Aspect," on Thursday, March 23, at 7:30 p.m. at the Agency for Jewish Education. Yosef Goell is an American- Israeli who made aliyah in 1948. He is a political and public affairs columnist for the Jerusalem Post. He also is retired as lecturer in political science at the Hebrew University. The community is invited at no charge.
