ration in Royal Oak was one of
a record 21 companies which re-
ceived more than $21.2 million in
SBA 504 business expansion
loans from the Oakland County
Local Development Company
(LDC) in 1994. The LDC's
$575,450 loan to Michigan
Dessert was for the purchase and
renovation of the firm's new
building.
