Voters Asked To Back OCC .JENNIFER FINER STAFF WRITER A s Oakland Community College wages a modest campaign to informvoters of its upcoming millage election, Rabbi Dannel Schwartz, an outspoken OCC proponent, is pushing hard for its passage. The Shir Shalom rabbi is telling everyone he knows to vote ,_ for the millage. He is mentioning it in the temple's newsletter and talking about it at Shabbat ser- vices. The rabbi believes it's impor- tant to support OCC because the college is in the midst of the com- munity.
