Purim Plans
At Beth Achim

Purim at Congregation Beth
Achim will begin with the
megillah reading on
Wednesday, March 15, at 7
p.m., there will be a parade
for children. Rabbi Herbert
Yoskowitz will present prizes
to children who come in cos-
tumes; adults who come in
costumes will receive sweets.
Following the megillah read-
ing there will be a kiddush
with Purim treats.
On Sunday, March 19,
from 12:30-4 p.m. the Youth
Department will hold its
annual Purim Carnival.
There will be food, prizes,
raffle tickets and many
games.
The Beth Achim Players
will present "The Best Little
Mikvah in Persia" on
Sunday, March 19, at 5 p.m.
at the synagogue. A Mid-
Eastern dinner will follow
the performance. There is a
charge and reservations are
required by March 13. For
