is looking for volunteers to help in its food barrel program The volunteer

Jewish Information and
Referral Service put 176 people in touch with the Jewish
Vocational Service to help them with their employment needs.

arranges for a grocery or pet supply store to display a barrel for the col-
lection of donated food. The volunteer collects the food once or twice a
week and delivers it to the shelter. This is an ongoing commitment,
requiring about 2V2 hours per week.
