"Great Decisions of 1995." This
eight-week program, starting
April 11 at Maple/Drake and
April 13 at JPM at 7:30 p.m., is
under the leadership of the
Foreign Policy Association. Cost
includes course book. Pre-regis-

T'ai Chai classes start March

ond Monday of the month
beginning March 13 from 7:30-
9 p.m. This is a drop-in workshop
emphasizing short stories, essays
and poetry.
Creative Writing with Ken
Lawrence, producer of the DIA's
World Adventure Series now
on Continental Cablevision
and a published writer for
the Detroit News Sunday Mag-
azine, Consumer's Digest and
Michigan Living, will focus on
stories, poetry, journal writing.
The class begins on Monday,
March 6, for six weeks from
10:30 - noon.

The American Zionist Movement,
Michigan Region, AZM (MI), the
umbrella organization for the
Zionist organizations throughout
the state of Michigan, each year
makes available to interested or-
ganizations a scholar in residence
for them to present to their mem-
bers.
The first will be Yosef Goell,
political and public affairs colum-
nist for the Jerusalem Post. Mr.
Goell recently retired as lecturer
at the Hebrew University in
Jerusalem.
Yosef Goell will be available for
speaking engagements and in-
terviews from Thursday, March
2, through Sunday, March 26.

serving a date with Mr. Goell or
desiring information about Mr.
Goell, a full list of his lecture top-
ics or the scholar in residence pro-
