Sinai Hospital is currently conducting a study in patients

with high blood pressure using a new agent for the

treatment of high blood pressure in several dosages, with

and without a diuretic. The study will be conducted at

Set Gathering

Young adults will gather at 8
p.m., Feb. 28, at the Old Wood-
ward Grill in Birmingham for the
monthly Young Adult Division
Bar Night.
The popular community out-
reach program brings together
young adults between the ages
of 21-35 in a relaxed and hos-
pitable atmosphere.
The Jewish Federation's YAD
provides political awareness, so-
cial, cultural and community out-
reach activities for single and
married Jewish young adults
throughout the tri-county area.

Torah Center
Hosts Events

Bais Chabad Torah Center will
host a Melava Malka at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ruby, 6090
Pickwood, West Bloomfield, on
Saturday, March 4, at 9 p.m. The
Melava Malka is the finale of a
six-part series dedicated to the
memory of the Lubavitcher
Rebbe. It features a Torah dis-
cussion, entertainment and food.

Rabbi Elimelech Silberberg
will give a lecture on the Torah
portion of the week which also
will include a discussion on "Busi-
ness Ethics" on Monday, Feb. 27,
8:15 p.m. at the Torah Center.

sors a regular Tuesday lunch and
learn at Sarah's Deli, 15600 West
Ten Mile, Road, Southfield, at
12:30 p.m. The discussions are
based on the weekly Torah por-

Gives Talks

Daniel Rossing will discuss "Jews
and Non-Jews: Building a Coali-
tion" at a 7:30 p.m. breakfast and
noon luncheon on March 2 at the
Max M. Fisher Building.
The event is sponsored by the
Jewish Federation of Metropol-
itan Detroit and the Melitz Plan-
ning Committee.
Mr. Rossing will focus on the
unique relations between the
faith communities of Israel,
where Jews are the majority. He
also will touch on the rethinking
of traditional Christian attitudes
since the creation of the state.
There is a charge for the break-
fast program and the luncheon.
