The take-away of used dishes was fast, and our server couldn't have been better in his delivery of the fine food. Presentations by Azalea's kitchen have ingenious touches ... Like happy birthday being written in chocolate around a plate, with sprinkles of chocolate in the center. Thursday evening at the Tav- ern at Phipps Plaza in Buckhead had at least two unusual things going for it ... Entering the restaurant via revolving doors that turned to the left rather than the right ... like driving in Eng- land or what we in America would consider the other side of the road ...
