"I WORK like a dog making
sure everyone else enjoys
lunch. Most people in the
restaurant business eat before
the lunch-time rush — it pre-
vents you from getting hungry
and nibbling and keeps up
your stamina. But I grab a
sandwich around 3 o'clock and
eat a late dinner at home."

"I REALLY don't have a
lunch hour like most people.
Some days I eat; some days
I don't. I work some lunch
hours; others I don't. When
I'm in the studio in the
evening between broad-
