Joshua Turetsky

Joshua Turetsky, 23, original-
ly of Franklin, died Feb. 4 in
Japan. Josh was working in In-
ternational Marketing Sales for
MIE Trade Limited in
Yokkaichi, Japan. He gradu-
ated from the University of New
Mexico in 1994 with a degree in
business management. His
keen interest in the martial arts
and his knowledge of the Japan-
ese language enabled him to ac-
cept the job in Japan. His ul-
timate goal was to study
international environmental
law. As a boy with physical lim-
itations caused by asthma, Josh
learned how to deal with ad-
