Seminar

Students enrolled in the Inter-
national Institute for Secular Hu-
manistic Judaism leadership
program will explore the philo-
sophic and ethical ideas of Sec-
ular Humanistic Judaism in their
next seminar, to be held Feb. 3-
5, at the Pivnick Center for Hu-
manistic Judaism in Farmington
Hills.
Faculty for the seminar will be
Rabbi Sherwin Wine, founder of
Humanistic Judaism and rabbi
of the Birmingham Temple, and
Hershl Hartman, a lecturer in
Yiddish literature at the Univer-
sity of Judaism in Los Angeles.
Discussion sessions will be fa-
cilitated by associate faculty
