Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fineman
announce the engagement of
their daughter, Susan Melissa,
to Mr. Sean William Gallagher,
son of Dr. Terence M. Gallagher
of Fort Worth, Texas, and
Ms. Anna Christine Bednar of
Dallas.
Ms. Fineman earned a B.A. in
history from the University of
Michigan Law School. She is an
attorney in Chicago with the law
firm of Seyfarth, Shaw, Fair-
weather and Geraldson, which
specializes in labor and employ-

ment law.
Mr. Gallagher received his
B.A. in English from the Uni-
versity of Michigan and his J.D.
from the University of Michigan
Law School. Currently he is serv-
ing a clerkship in the chambers
of Judge Alex Kozinski of the 9th
Circuit Court of Appeals in
Pasadena, Calif. In July 1995, he
will serve as clerk to Justice
Sandra Day O'Connor of the
Supreme Court of the United
States.
A June wedding is planned.
