As part of a lecture series fea-
turing new rabbis in town,
Hadassah last week hosted a
luncheon with Rabbi Steven
Weil.
Rabbi Weil, a native of New
York, recently took over the helm

have three children.
At the lunch, held at Hadas-
sah House in West Bloomfield,
Rabbi Weil discussed the Ten
Commandments and their place
in Jewish history. Guests at the
event included Malki Torgow,
Janis Roszler, Esther Rube
and Rosa Chessler.
Future programs will be held
March 29, with Rabbi Herbert
Yoskowitz of Congregation Beth
Achim; and April 19, with Rabbi
Joshua Bennett of Temple
Israel.
