Ms. Levin graduated from the
University of Chicago and earned
a master's degree in public health
at the University of Illinois. She

is on the faculty of the George-
town University Child Develop-
ment Center in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Nosanchuk graduated from
Stanford University and earned
a law degree at Stanford Law
School. He is an associate at
Miller, Cassidy, Larroca &
Lewin, a law firm in Washington,
D.C.
