AID S
AWARENESS

The 16th Annual Alicia Joy Techner Memorial Parenting Conference proudly welcomes
Tammy Boccomino and her very important presentation on the topic of HIV and AIDS. We
welcome all parents and teenagers in the community.

Tammy's talk will begin with her personal story. She will then explain the facts of AIDS
and how to talk effectively with children and teens about this disease. Tammy will focus on
protecting ourselves from AIDS and how to deal with the growing number of cases in the
schools, work place, religious communities and families. She will discuss what we can do to
stop the spread of this disease.

This conference has been made possible by the many generous contributions from the friends and family
of David and Ilene Techner in memory of their beloved daughter, Alicia. It represents their deep commitment
to the value of parenting and their concern for improved family life.
