Opening more Oxford Inns would be no problem for Bob but he has a certain type of hangup ... Bob won't do it unless he is able to staff them with excep- tionally good key people ... He knows the restaurant business too well to do otherwise. Until then, his Oxford Inns in Novi and Royal Oak continue to satisfy a large majority.
