GARY LINCOLN, coach of the
boys basketball team at Class B
Battle Creek Harper Creek High
School, guided his squad to vic-

Harper Creek won both of its
early Twin Valley Athletic Con-
ference contests, knocking off
Sturgis and Hillsdale.
Both of Lincoln's sons are on
his team. Geoff is a 5-foot-10 se-
nior guard who lettered as a ju-
nior and Ben is a 6-1 sophomore
guard who lettered as a fresh-
man. Each youngster has played
basketball in the Jewish Com-
munity Centers Maccabi Youth

bounds, three assists and a pair
of 3-point shots.
In a 97-49 crushing of Hills-
