Set aside. Mix together the tuna,
salsa and 1.2 c. cheese. Spoon
mixture on top of the cornmeal
mixture in the pie pan. Spoon re-
maining cornmeal mixture over
the tuna mixture. Don't spread
all the way to the edge, stop about
1/2 in away from the edge. Bake
for 30 minutes or until the top is
golden. Top with remaining
cheese and olives. Bake 5 min-
utes more or until cheese melts.
Serves 6.

The Metropolitan Kashruth
Council of Michigan has issued
its fourth annual Kosher Food Di-
rectory.
In addition to listing all the
companies under supervision of
the MKC, this year's edition in-
cludes a literary section of three
articles on the historical back-
ground of the grace after meals.
The MKC consists of 12 Or-
thodox rabbis, providing rab-
binical supervision and kosher
certification to companies pro-
ducing kosher foods in 30 states
and the province of Ontario.
