PERRY Drug Stores has an-
nounced record sales in fiscal
1994 that were accompanied by
an increasing gross profit margin
and declining operating expens-
es as a percentage of sales.
Net sales for the fiscal year,
which ended Oct. 31, increased
5.5 percent to $737 million from
$698 million in 1993.
With 216 drugstores in 136
communities, Perry is Michigan's
largest drugstore chain. In terms
of sales, Perry is the 14th largest
drugstore chain in the United
States.
Jack Robinson is Perry's chair-
man and chief executive officer.
