Planning Honor Award winner
for 1994 by the Michigan Society
of Planning Officials (MSPO).

hoe-Huntley, and the City of
West Bloomfield at a City Coun-
cil/Planning Commission meet-
ing by Deborah Kay Shutt, past
president of the MSPO board of

An independent jury composed
of professional planners from
Kentucky selected Chelsea Park
for the award from among sev-
eral entrants.
