has been selected a Community
Planning Honor Award winner
for 1994 by the Michigan Society
of Planning Officials (MSPO).
Chelsea Park was developed by

The award was presented to

hoe-Huntley, and the City of
West Bloomfield at a City Coun-
cil/Planning Commission meet-
ing by Deborah Kay Shutt, past

An independent jury composed

eral entrants.
