Trainers have different specialties, so choose according- ly. Ask each prospective trainer questions such as where he re- ceived his training and if he's cer- tified in CPR. Ask to see certification and whether he car- ries liability insurance. Get re- ferrals. Most importantly, make sure that you feel comfortable with him. If a prospective trainer seems boring, chances are he is not going to be a good motiva- tor.
