Over 35 (W5 23)

Healthy Moms, Happy Babies

Join with other parents to discuss the joys
and challenges you are experiencing. This is
your opportunity to talk, share and
acknowledge thoughts and feelings that are
unique to parents in this distinctive
situation. The series will include discussion
of developmental stages, decision making,
communication, self-esteem and more.

An exercise class for moms and babies
up to one year of age. Perk up a gray,
gloomy winter with exercise, friends
and conversation. Bring a blanket for
the baby and get ready to work out and
socialize. Babysitting for children ages
2 and up available by reservation only.

adolescents is a unique challenge. Join with
other parents to learn learn what behavior is
really normal. Teens struggle with peers,
