ried at the Bel Air Bay Club in
Pacific Palisades, Calif. Rabbi
Mordecai Finley and Cantor
Rhonda Singer officiated.
Debra is the daughter of
JoAnn Jelin of North Hills, Calif.,
and Arthur Jelin of Canoga Park
Calif James is the son of Dr. and
Mrs. Richard Ritter of Fullerton,
Calif.

Ms. Debra Canter was the
maid of honor. The bridesmaids
were Noli Wiesen and Danielle

Ritter, the flower girl was Debra's
"special friend" Crystal Nicole.
The best man was Bret Di-
marco. Groomsmen were Seth
Wiesen and the groom's brothers,
Matt and David Ritter.
The couple honeymooned in
England and France and reside
in Studio City, Calif.
