GREIS JEWELERS will hold a
grand re-opening this weekend
to show off its expanded and re-
modeled store.
The size of the store has more
than doubled from 1,000 to 2,200
square feet and five new lines of
jewelry are available. The store
now has a 1940s look.
Re-opening festivities include
a trunk showing of jewelry by
Namdar and a raffle offering a
watch, a pin and earrings among
the prizes.
In addition, a percentage of all
purchases made during the week-
end will be donated to Gilda's
Club Metro Detroit, a non-profit
social and emotional support
community for people with can-
cer, their family and friends.
Gary and Gita Greisdorf
founded Greis Jewelers in Fer-
ndale in 1974, one year after they
arrived in America from Riga,
Latvia. Their son, Jason Greis-
dorf, began working for them full
time in 1988.
Hours for the re-opening are
10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and
Sunday. Greis Jewelers is locat-
ed at 32940 Middlebelt at 14 Mile
in Farmington Hills. The store

ARBOR DRUGS' shop-at-home
service, Arbor Home Delivery, is
now available on America Online,
one of the nation's fastest-grow-
ing online computer networks.
Once a shop-at-home order is
placed with an Arbor store, the
products are selected by employ-
ees and delivered Monday
through Friday.
Payments can be made by per-
sonal check, credit card or an ap-
proved insurance plan for
prescriptions. A service fee of $3
is charged with each order.

BENTLEY'S Luggage & Gifts
has opened four new stores in the
Detroit/Ann Arbor area, joining
its location at the Somerset Col-
lection in Troy.
The Miami-based chain now
has stores at Twelve Oaks Mall
in Novi, Briarwood in Aim Arbor,
Lakeside in Sterling Heights and
Fairlane Town Center in Dear-
born.
Bentley's, America's largest
chain of luggage and gift stores,
operates 89'stores in major malls
throughout the United States
and Puerto Rico.

DENNIS GREEN Advertising,
a division of the Dennis Group,
has relocated its offices to larger
quarters in the same Farming-
ton Hills building.
