to Palm Beach, Fla.
Charles Buerger, publisher of
The Detroit Jewish News, Balti-
more Jewish Times, and the At-
lanta Jewish Times, has
launched his fourth weekly pa-
per — the Palm Beach Jewish
Times.
In less than 10 weeks, the
Palm Beach Jewish Times, un-
der the leadership of Mr. Buerg-
er, associate publishers Sylvia
Boyko Stafford and Arthur Hor-
witz, and executive editor
Michael Davis, has assembled a
staff of some of the best editori-
al and advertising talent the
Palm Beaches have to offer. With
support from the Palm Beach
County Jewish Federation, local
synagogues and communal or-
ganizations, the Palm Beach Jew-
ish Times hit the ground running.
Its Nov. 25 inaugural issue
reached nearly 17,000 house-
holds.
