MARVIN SOLVITH, 74, of Ann
Arbor, died Dec. 1. A graduate
from Western Reserve Universi-
ty with a degree in accounting,
Mr. Solvith worked for Bendix,
Sycor and Wolverine Technolo-
gies. Born in Canton, Ohio, he
grew up in Cleveland. A World
War II veteran, he served in ma-
jor campaigns from South Africa
to Berchtesgarten, Germany. Mr.
Solvith was a member of Park
Synagogue until 1967 when his
family moved to Arm Arbor. He
is survived by his wife, Jean
Charney Solvith; daughters and
sons-in-law, Ronna and Larry
Davis of Oklahoma, Pamela and
D. Scott Harper of Glen Rock,
