Undergraduate
Contest Opens

The American Jewish Commit-
tee in cooperation with Hillel
Foundation will sponsor a con-
test open to all undergraduates
of accredited institutions of high-
er learning. Each submission
should be a personal response to
the contest topic "What Being
Jewish Means to Me" and may
be in the form of an essay (up to
2500 words), (video, poetry, dra-
ma, etc.), or may employ other
forms of expression.
Written entries should be
typed and double spaced and
should include an address, tele-
phone number and a brief
biography. All winning entries
become the property of AJC and
children of employees of AJC and
Hillel Foundations are ineligible.
The deadline for entries is Feb.
15 and all entries will be re-
viewed by a panel of judes. The
winner will receive a cash award
of $2,500 which will be present-
ed at the American Jewish Com-
mittee's Annual Meeting in
Washington, D.C.
