At Beth Shalom

Estelle Seltzer, poet and hu-
morist, will spend a morning
spreading good cheer and smiles
for the members of the Enhanced
Generation Group of Congrega-
tion Beth Shalom Dec. 7. She be-
lieves that sharing laughter is
important to help heal the
wounds that may afflict anyone
at various times in life.
Join the group for bagels and
coffee at 9:30 a.m. and stay for
the program. Concluding the
morning, Phyllis Young will lead
a discussion group on current
and contemporary topics.

will host a gala latke party Dec.
8 at 12:30 p.m.
Following a light lunch, Can-
tor Howard Glantz will entertain
with a medley of Hebrew, Yid-
dish, and cantorial songs. He will
be accompanied by Aleksandr
Chernyak.

learn series, will discuss "Break-
