The Oak Park Department of
Recreation has announced reg-
istration information for four
winter sports programs.
* The deadline is Dec. 2 for
the 6-on-6 co-rec volleyball
league. Teams will play a 10-
match season from January
through March at Best Junior
High School.
* The deadline is Dec. 28 for
the youth indoor soccer league.
Boys and girls in grades 1-3
are eligible. Practice will begin
in January and games will start
in late January or early Febru-
ary.
* Registration will begin Dec.
5 for the Grasshopper Basket-
ball Camp for children ages 4-6.
Classes will be held from 6:15-
7:15 p.m. Tuesdays and Thurs-
days in two sessions: Jan. 10-24
and Jan. 26 through Feb. 9.
Each participant will receive a
camp T-shirt.
* The adult basketball league
offers divisions for advanced and
average players. A 10-game sea-
son is scheduled from January
through March.
