Detroit, became a municipal
judge in Oak Park in 1969. He
was appointed district court judge
in 1975 — a position he holds to
this day. Judge Friedman is past
president of the Oakland District
Judges Association, past chair-
man of the legislative committee
for the Michigan District Judges
Association.
Proceeds from the dinner will
benefit the Huntington Woods
