UM I I I W NOMIE T he 1994 Charity Shirt Auc- tion at the Shirt Box in Southfield raised $4,620 for 43 local charities, including JARC, the Evan Shapiro BBYO Fund and the Michigan Jewish AIDS Coalition. Michigan artists painted and decorated the shirts and vests. "This was a true labor of love and a lot of fun," said Ron Elkus, owner of the Shirt Box.
