Project Otzma Program Open Project Otzma is inviting young adults to experience life on a kib- butz, provide service in a Project Renewal neighborhood or help develop new settlements in the Arava of the Galil in Israel. Coordinated by the Jewish Federation's Michigan/Israel Connection, Project Oztina, is the Jewish service corps in Israel for young men and women, ages 20- 24. It offers a unique opportuni- ty for young adults to learn about the state of Israel while they con- tribute in a variety of public ser- vice programs for the Jewish community.
