What is a
Chinese Auction?

A Chinese Auction is an inexpensive way to have a
fun-filled evening where you have the chance to take
home valuable prizes for a minimal cash outlay.
How does a Chinese Auction Work?
At a Chinese Auction you purchase tickets in denomi-
nations of $5, $10, $20, $35, $50, $75, or $100. You
then place these tickets, with your name on them, in
the box corresponding to your desired gift. For
example, if you would like the chance to go to Israel,
you purchase a $75 ticket, write your name on it and
place it in box #3 at the $75 table. ALL PRIZES ARE
DRAWN SEPARATELY.
How Many Tickets Can I Put in a Particular
Box?
There is no' limit to the number of tickets one may
place in any one box. Therefore, if you want to
increase your chances of winning a prize, you may
place more than one ticket in that box.
How Many Tickets Must Be Sold for Any
Prize to be Won?
With the exception of the $100 ticket table, as long as
ONE ticket is sold for a particular item, that merchan-
dise will be taken home by a lucky winner at the end
of the evening.
