The next Shabbat Service for Sin-
gles will take place at Congrega-
tion Beth Achim Nov. 18 at 8:30
p.m.
Rabbi Herbert Yoskowitz, and
Cantor Max Shimansky will of-
ficiate. Rabbi Yoskowitz's topic
will be "Do We Believe What We
Pray?"
Following services there will
be an Oneg Shabbat. For infor-

Plans Programs

"Coping With Interfaith Issues
in the Family — an Interfaith
Support Group" will be held at
the Maple/Drake Jewish Com-
munity Center on Wednesdays,
Nov. 16-Dec. 21 at 7:30 p.m. This
group is open to parents, grand-
parents and other family mem-
, bers who want to discuss the
interfaith issues that have arisen
in their family group. The facili-
tator will be Lorraine Lerner.
Register by calling adult services,

Nov. 14. There is a charge.
"Stepparenting and Intermar-
riage" will be presented at
Maple/Drake Nov. 29 at 7:30 p.m.
free of charge. Sandy Hyman of
Jewish Family Service will con-
duct a program discussing issues
concerning stepparenting and in-
termarriage. Call adult services,

The Stepparent Connection
will take palce at Maple/Drake
starting Dec. 1 and 15 at 7:30
p.m. and will continue to meet
the 1st and 3rd Thursday of every
month. There is no charge. This
is not a professionally run group.

Corrine Stavish, storyteller,
will present a Me and My Grand-
child program at Maple/Drake

Blood Drive

The Temple Beth El Brother-
hood, in conjunction wtih the
American Red Cross, will host its
semi-annual Blood Drive Nov. 20
from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. at the temple.

pointments; walk-ins are also
