Tessler-Zisholtz

Dr. Ruth Tessler and Stuart
Zisholtz were recently married
at Congregation Beth Achim. Of-
ficiating were Rabbis A. Irving
Schnipper, Kenneth Hain, Israel
Halpern, Aaron Bergman and
Cantors Ben-Zion Lanxner and
Moshe Ehrlich.
Ruth is the daughter of Char-
lotte and Dr. Warren Tessler of
West Bloomfield; Stuart is the
son of Helene and Gerald Zisholtz
of Cedarhurst, N.Y.
The bride's sister, Rachel
Tessler, was maid of honor.
Bridesmaids were Emily Free-
denberg and Debbie Michaels.
Spencer Katz served as best
man. The ushers were Richie
Ehrlich, Herbie Mautner and

David Tessler, brother of the
bride.
Also participating in the cere-
mony were Vivian and Dr. Barry
Zisholtz; Sharon and Gordon
Zisholtz; Anne and Dr. Mark
Wasserman; nine nieces and
nephews; grandparents of the
bride, Birdie and Philip Dworin;
grandparents of the groom, Leo
and Belle Block and Jeannette
and Dave Zisholtz.
Following a honeymoon in
Italy, the couple are residing in
Manhattan where Ruth is a res-
ident at Beth Israel Hospital in
obstetrics and gynecology. Stu-
art is practicing law in the firm
Zisholtz and Zisholtz.
