VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES
BALDWIN CI4URCI-1 AND CENTER, Pontiac. is a neighborhood community
center which serves one of the most impoverished areas of Oakland
County. The Center provides food, clothing, and services for children and
youth. The Center is looking for volunteers to work in its used clothing
distribution department; prepare and distribute holiday food baskets, and
staff the holiday gift shop. The estimated time commitment is two days to
work on the food baskets, and as much time as possible during December
to work in the gift shop. The used clothing distribution will require as
much time as the volunteer can devote.
