Dear Reader:
Because of a minor conflict, we are no longer under the supervi-
sion of Rabbi Jack Goldman.
We will, as usual, continue to have the same Kosher products,
Strict Glatt Kosher meats, Empire Kosher chickens, Goldberg
Kosher fish, etc.
And all these Kosher products will be prepared in Shirlee
Bloom's own separate kitchen.
We promise to always furnish the same fresh Kosher products as
we have in the past.
Thank you for your understanding and support.

he patrons of the Sinai
Heritage Ball V were hon-
ored last week at Knoll-
wood Country Club. This
was a pre-party for the ball which
was held Oct. 19, honoring found-
ing board members Louis
Berry, Max Fisher and
Leonard Simons.
Carol and Joel Dorfman,
Rita and John Haddow, June
and Richard Kamil and Hope
and Gene Silverman were the
hosts for the pre-party. Richard
Roth, the newly elected Sinai
Health Care Foundation presi-
dent, was busy taking notes and
watching the current chairman,
Bruce Gershenson.
The Sinai Heritage Ball V
raised $400,000. "This is our
biggest ball and it's a tribute to
the founding fathers," said Pola
Friedman. "There is a Sinai re-
naissance and the Jewish com-
munity is very supportive," she
added.
