Mr. Colman, an attorney from
Bloomfield Township, feels he can
bring a new outlook on matters
presented to the court.
He said crime, domestic vio-
lence and backlog are all issues
the court needs to address.

"I can only offer that I will be
tougher on criminals, especially
repeat offenders," said Mr. Col-
man, who also talked about in-
carcerating perpetrators of
domestic violence and his desire
to pursue implementing an
evening court on a biweekly ba-
sis to reduce the backlog of court
cases and increase the court's rev-
enues. ❑
