ingham Temple will celebrate
World Day by presenting The
Premier Brass — the Quintet of
the Detroit Symphony in a con-
cert for young people. The concert
will be preceded by a World Day
Service.
Led by symphony member
Kevin Good, the group consists
of two trumpets, tuba, French
horn and trombone. There will be
a demonstration of the instru-
ments and their capabilities with
an emphasis on music as an in-
ternational language.
An added feature will be a
demonstration of the musical ca-
pabilities of the shofar as played
by temple member Frank Man-
delbaum.
The concert is fee of charge.
