have been chosen as most hon-
ored members of the year. They
will be recognized and honored
at Sabbath services Oct. 14 at 8
p.m. at the temple.

Studies Psalms

Rabbi Herbert Yoskowitz will
lead a discussion of Psalms Shab-
bat afternoons at Congregation
Beth Achim.
This class will begin each
Shabbat 45 minutes prior to Min-
chah services and is open free of

Hosts Events

Temple Kol Ami will honor its
new members at a special Shab-
bat dinner and service Oct. 7.
Some of the new members will
participate in the services which
will immediately follow the din-
ner at 8 p.m. At the conclusion of
the service, the congregation will
gather for a Limud Oneg; Rabbi
Norman T. Roman will speak.
Each new member will receive a
gift to help welcome Shabbat
with their families.
The Social Committee of Tem-
ple Kol Ami will present its an-
nual dinner and square dance on
Oct. 15 at 7 p.m. at the temple.
