School teacher and winner of the
national Christa McAuliffe Edu-
cator Award, will speak on "Re-
thinking History: The Holocaust
as a Lesson for Youth" at this
year's Women's Division Cam-
paign '95 kick-off event on Oct.
24 at 8 p.m. A minimum cam-
paign contribution of $180 is re-
quested from women attending
the event. Those who contribute
at least $365 will be invited to a
pre-event dinner with Ms. Wax.
The Women's Division event is
sponsored by the Jewish Feder-
ation of Washtenaw
County/United Jewish Ap-

come to a Candidates' Forum to
be sponsored by the Jewish Fed-
eration of Washtenaw Coun-
ty/United Jewish Appeal.
The Jewish Federation has in-
vited all major Republican and
Democratic candidates for the
November election to participate.
Members of the audience will also
have the opportunity to ask the
candidates questions. The
evening will be moderated by the
Honorable Steven Rhodes.
The forum is free and open to
the public and will be held in the
Lounge of the Jewish Communi-
ty Center, 2935 Birch Hollow Dri-
ve in Ann Arbor at 7:30 p.m. For

fly into Chicago in the morning
and return to Ann Arbor in the
early evening. The group will
leave for Chicago from Metro Air-
port at 8 a.m., arrive at O'Hare

joy lunch at the museum with a
guest speaker, spend the after-
noon exploring Chicago, depart
from Midway Airport at 5:30 p.m.
