ington Woods, died Sept. 28.
Mr. Duchin was the owner of
Perry Warehouse Furniture in
Pontiac, a graduate of South-
field High School in 1967, active
in the JCC, a member of the vol-
leyball team at JCC, Hunting-
ton Woods Men's Club and wa-
ter polo team, Easter Seal

HAMS, 83, of Southfield, died
Oct. 2. Mrs. Abrahams was a
member of Temple Beth El Sis-

beloved wife of the late Morey L.
Abrahams and the loving sister
of the late Harold and Milton

CLARA GUSSIN BACHMAN,
91, of West Bloomfield, died on
Oct. 1. Mrs. Bachman lived all of
her life in the Detroit area, grad-
uating with a degree in education
and a master's degree in art his-
tory from Wayne State Univer-
sity when she was in her 50s. She
was also active in ORT, serving
as president of her chapter, was
a founding member of Temple Is-
rael and Town and Country Club,
a Jewish Book Fair lecturer,
teacher. She was dedicated to
Jewish causes including the birth
and survival of the State of Israel.
She was the past president of
Maimonides. She was the beloved
wife of the late Morris; sister of
the late Bessie Orecklin; sister of
